The service of renting a server at Viettel IDC aims to serve customers who need to use a separate server system with a high configuration to develop projects or have a large amount of data and access, but do not want to spend a large amount of initial investment and do not have to care about depreciation of hardware equipment or server maintenance, all responsibility for operating the infrastructure and hardware maintenance server will hand over to the implementation provider.

- After free installation support for the first time (if requested from customers), Viettel IDC will hand over the highest and only admin account to customers
- Customers have full rights to use and administer the server. Viettel IDC is not allowed to backup customers' data to other places
- In case customers requires data backup, Viettel IDC will provide backup service and hand over the backup admin account to customers

- Depending on the type of server customers require will have a different warranty period
- During the warranty period, if there are any broken components, the server will be replaced with new components

Viettel IDC's server rental price list and the server's monthly reservation space will be separated so that customers can easily manage costs.
