Viettel Multi-cloud: Multi-cloud Solution for Enterprises

The demand for multi-cloud services in Vietnam is rapidly increasing due to digital transformation and the development of the digital economy. Enterprises are shifting to cloud computing models to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.
However, many customers lack the technical resources and experience to effectively select, deploy, migrate, and operate cloud services. Building and maintaining a highly specialized IT team also requires significant time, effort, and money.
Therefore, Viettel IDC provides the Viettel Multi-cloud service, helping enterprises use and operate cloud services across multiple platforms, optimizing costs and performance.

Multi-cloud Managed services

Cost savings
Customers can save more costs, resources, and time compared to building their own internal IT team, which is very expensive to achieve the same results.

Promote innovation
By entrusting Viettel IDC to perform managed services, customers can focus resources on developing and innovating their core business activities.

Improve security, compliance
Viettel IDC provides CMS services on the ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Process. This is the first international standard specifically for IT service management systems. The standard sets out requirements for an organization with the purpose of establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a service management system.

Simplify management
Customers can authorize Viettel IDC to handle all consulting, deployment, and monitoring work items. Additionally, CMP (Cloud Management Platform) software allows customers to manage multiple cloud systems from different providers on the same management interface.

Customers need to provide information such as the latest service invoice from the company, information about the business to sign the contract, information about the account, and email using cloud services from companies (AWS, Google, Alibaba Cloud, etc.).

Depending on the monthly usage capacity, the sales staff will inform the customer in detail.

The transition will not take a long time, on average within 1 hour from the time the customer completes signing the Service Usage Contract.

Viettel IDC will support customers in surveying, consulting on choosing the appropriate solution, and deploying it to customers.

Customers with limited IT teams need support from a third party in consulting, deploying, or operating the Multi-cloud service to ensure both cost optimization and service quality.
